Long before our CEO Michel Nischan founded Wholesome Wave, he was a James Beard Award-winning Chef pioneering farm-to-table cuisine. But he’s always been the type to look not only at the pan on the stove, but at all the human dots that cooking can connect. Along the way, he saw the opportunity to engage powerful chef-community voices in transforming food and farming for the better—through policy. So he co-founded the Chefs’ Boot Camp for Policy and Change.
